For the past 16 months, our team has been tirelessly building out the game into something that exceeds expectations, in terms of onboarding, art and gameplay.

The Basics of Starter Monster Mint
What is the mint price? and the Initial Supply?
Starter Monster mint is a FREE mint.
The initial supply is currently TBD.
The mint date is TBD.
The mint will take place in 2 stages, whitelist and public.
All supply will be initially kept for whitelist stage, but in any case if there are mints left from the whitelist stage, they will be passed on to the public stage.
What monsters will we mint? Are they unique?
There are 3 starter monsters that will get minted initially. All monsters in Defimons have unique characteristics including nature, primary type, secondary type and more, all affecting the basic stats, making each monster truly unique.
How does the whitelist system work?
There are two ways by which users can get whitelisted:
Apartment NFTs: All apartment holders are directly whitelisted for the starter monster mint. Multiple snapshots of Apartment Holders will be taken at random intervals.
Number of Apartments owned = Number of Monsters available to mint. Collection: https://opensea.io/collection/defimons-apartments
Hunting Season: Players can win whitelist spots for the mint by participating in the Hunting Season. They are required to complete weekly quests and daily missions to earn mint points. Approved players can also invite new players to earn extra points and rewards. Apartment Holders can participate in Hunting Season to win more whitelist spots.
At the end of Hunting Seasons, users with the highest amount of mint points will be awarded whitelist spots.
Which chain will the mint take place on?
The chain where the mint will take place on is TBD.
Note: Apartment Holders must also create an account in the game to be able to mint, as the whitelists will only be allocated to the in-game wallet, not external wallets such as metamask etc.
The Basics of Hunting Season
What is the Hunting Season? Who can play?
Hunting Season is an invite-only alpha stage for Defimons. This will stay active until the monster mint happens, after which the game will be opened to all users. Until then, only users who have been approved by our team will be able to access the game.
How does one get approved?
In-order to get approved, users require an invite code and a twitter account. The former can be acquired from other users who have already been approved, the later is required to verify as a human.
All approval requests are checked for sybil and need to meet a minimum basic requirement set by our team, in order to get approved.
Where do I get an invite code from?
Users can get invite codes from the following:
- Approved Users: The users that have already been approved get 3 invite codes to start with.
- Community Collaborations: All communities that get integrated into Defimons as skin/monster integrations are allocated a certain amount of invite codes for their holders.
- Team Rewards: Team members can allocate invite codes on a one-to-one basis, users can write threads about Defimons on Twitter, make high quality gameplay content on different platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube).
How will I know that I got approved?
Approved users will be tagged by our account (@16bitprofessor) on twitter.
Once approved, you’ll be able to play the game as you wish.
What devices can I play the game on?
Users can play the game on any browser, regardless of the operating system. The game is mobile friendly and can also be played on any mobile browser.
Our team is working towards adding support on native iOS app, native Android app, native Windows and MacOS executable, in the future.
Once approved, what can I do?
Once approved by our team, users can hop onto the game and do various activities.
These activities include (but are not limited to) weekly quests, daily missions, mini-games such as Pandoro Run, design apartments and more.
What are mint points?
Mint points, as the name suggests are points towards our whitelist for monster mint.
Players can earn these points by regularly completing daily missions, weekly quests, inviting new users and more.
At the end of Hunting Season, top players on the mint points leaderboard will be awarded extra whitelists for our monster mint.
How many users can I invite?
Every approved user starts with 3 invite codes, and one invite code can be used to invite one new user.
Once an invite code has been used up, based on the approval status of the invited user, the invitee can earn a new invite code.
- If an invited user gets accepted, the original invitee gets mint points + a new invite which can be used for another user.
- If an invited user gets rejected, the original invitee loses their invite code.
Please make sure to keep your invite codes secret and do not share them publicly. Only share with intended users. Defimons team is not responsible for any invite codes that get used by spammers, as most will be rejected in the approval process.
