Interacting with wallets can be a huge trouble, keeping in mind that the Apartment mint system uses an older standard of our user interface.
Users are required to interact with the website using a Metamask wallet, and for some this can be something they’ve never done before. Hence, we’re happy to provide a guide around how you can participate in a Defimons Apartment mint.
Installing Metamask
In-order to be able to mint an apartment, you’re required to have the metamask wallet extension installed in your browser.
Note, make sure to only install the Metamask extension found on the official website: https://metamask.io/

Buying ETH
In-order to mint an apartment, you are required to have ETH in your metamask wallet. The amount of ETH should be a sum of the base price of the mint and some extra amount for gas fees (Usually $2–$10).
Users can directly buy ETH within the Metamask wallet by clicking on the “Buy” Button.
Minting an Apartment
In-order to mint an apartment,
- First make sure that a sale is currently active. Usually the time for the sale is communicated by our team in advance on all our socials (Twitter & Discord).
- Once a sale is active, go to https://www.defimons.com/mint. Make sure to only interact with our official website. We will never ask you to visit a separate website to mint the apartments, neither will we ask you to share your private keys or send us tokens directly.
- Click on “Connect Wallet”, which will trigger your metamask extension to open. Make sure you have already entered your password and see the main screen.
4. Moving on to the actual minting, choose how many apartments you want to mint. This number will always be less than the amount of apartments left (Total supply is 9500), and the max amount of apartments you’re allowed to mint using a single wallet in a sale.
5. Once chosen, click on the button “Mint”. This would trigger your Metamask wallet extension and show you the actual cost and give you two options, “Reject” or “Confirm”.
6. Once clicked on confirm, the website will show you a loading screen until you see the final success screen.
Congratulations, this means that the amount of apartments that you selected in the previous steps, have been allocated to your metamask wallet.

Usually the newly minted apartments are unrevealed. The reveal event takes place within the same week of the mint, showcasing which apartment you minted out of the four types, small, medium, large or a penthouse.
