Our team is thrilled to announce that we will be resuming the minting process for our in-game land, aka Apartments, starting this month. Let’s delve into the details:
Mint Details
- Mint Price: 0.075 ETH
- Total Supply: 9500 (2795 already minted)
- Mint Date: 12th June 2023, 10AM EST
The minting process will be public and will enable participants to mint up to 20 apartments per wallet. The mint will remain active for 24 hours, with the reveal taking place in the same week.
This minting event will take place in phases over the next few months until the collection is fully minted.
The pricing has been carefully set according to the secondary prices of each apartment type. This is a random mint, users have an equal chance of minting any of the 4 types [small (0.07 ETH FP), medium (0.081 ETH FP), large (0.2 ETH FP) or penthouses (0.5 ETH FP)].
Our goal from the beginning has been to remain transparent with our community. For the past 16 months, we have managed our funds extremely well, with a burn rate of 45,000 USD per month. This burn rate is for a team of 30 members.
Our overall costs include, game development, contract development & audits (via external teams), and legal fees. Keeping all in mind, we’ve done a really good job at maintaining the amount of funds we had and what kind of a quality product we’re building, which is on-par if not better than most pixel art games in web3, and web2 to an extent.
The additional funds from this mint event will allow us to push out more content, at a faster rate by hiring more developers and artists. This will also help us complete the audits for all our on-chain contracts.
